We are hiring two LPNs for short-term roles at The Madison Care Centre, focused on delivering exceptional care. You will handle resident admissions, care planning, and collaborate with the healthcare team. Your contributions will directly influence residents' quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Assess residents and plan individualized care
• Administer treatments, medications, and perform wound care
• Work with electronic documentation (PointClickCare)
• Lead and delegate to unregulated care providers
Requirements:
• Registered with BCCNM, in positive standing
• CPR/First Aid certification current
• Skilled in electronic documentation practices
• Sound decision-making and critical thinking skills
• Long-term care experience preferred
