Become a critical part of Canada Life's incident management team as an Incident Management Lead. This permanent, full time role focuses on executing Major Incident Management processes and driving service stability.

Reporting to the Manager of Incident and Major incidents, you will facilitate resolution for technology incidents while collaborating with various technical teams. Your experience in crisis situations and advanced problem-solving skills is essential for successful service restoration. A solid understanding of Major Incident Management and Problem Management processes will support your contribution to Canada Life’s operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:



• Facilitate Major Incident teams' day-to-day procedures • Lead multiple technical teams during widespread incidents • Engage teams for immediate recovery actions and communications • Conduct post-incident reviews for best practices • Identify incident trends and suggest improvements

Requirements: • Post-secondary degree in business or computer science • 8+ years in Technology Support and Incident Management • Strong technical acumen across various technologies • Proven ability to manage during crisis situations • ITIL V3 certification preferred
