As the Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will oversee EPCOR Transmission’s Reliability Standards Compliance Program. This involves project management, compliance advisory, and assessing compliance evidence to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. You'll collaborate with various teams to promote compliance ownership and contribute to policy initiatives as a subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead EPCOR's Reliability Standards Compliance Program • Develop and modify compliance programs with stakeholders • Collaborate on annual Compliance Program initiatives • Review and assess applicability of reliability standards • Lead investigations on non-compliance events

Requirements: • Degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalents • 7+ years in the electric utility sector • 3+ years in regulatory compliance • Experience with CIP or ARS assurance work • Project management experience preferred
