FIRST NATIONS HEALTH OMBUDSPERSON OFFICE is seeking a full time Human Resources and Finance Lead in Saskatoon. This vital position involves managing payroll, accounting, and HR processes to ensure operational excellence and compliance.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a relevant university certificate and at least 5 years of experience in human resources and finance. You will directly oversee payroll operations, financial reporting, and support HR policies and procedures, enhancing team effectiveness and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee payroll processing and CRA remittances • Manage invoices and transactions through Sage 300 • Develop HR strategies and maintain personnel records • Assist with budgeting and financial planning • Update HR legislation and internal policies

Requirements: • Degree related to Business, HR, or Finance • Certified Aboriginal Financial Manager (CAFM) designation • At least 5 years of combined HR and finance expertise • Experience with Sage 300 and MS Office tools • Familiarity with First Nations culture and history
