• Manage the Crossing Guard Program with 200 guards • Oversee Lake Safety Patrol and Lifeguard Services contract • Develop business plans aligned with community needs • Set priorities for safety service delivery • Evaluate community safety initiatives and improve standards

Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in Business or related field • Minimum five years of management experience • Experience managing a budget and unionized workforce • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of safety standards and customer service principles
