Key Responsibilities: • Advise on legal human rights obligations • Conduct impartial investigations on reported incidents • Develop training and prevention strategies • Manage anti-harassment and discrimination policies • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders on workplace issues

Requirements: • Law degree (LL.B or J.D) required • 10 years of conflict management experience • Advanced knowledge of anti-discrimination legislation • Bilingual in English and French • Solid analytical and evaluative skills
