We're a schedule-minded household and value routine, clear communication, and a calm, loving environment for our boys.---What You'll Do- Provide attentive, loving care for both babies throughout the day- Follow a structured daily schedule for naps, feeds, and play- Prepare bottles and simple solids (purees, finger foods)- Engage babies with age-appropriate activities: tummy time, sensory play, reading, outdoor walks- Maintain a clean and organized nursery, baby laundry, and bottle/pump parts- Communicate daily updates about feeds, naps, and milestones- Support their developmental stage: sitting, crawling, babbling, and exploring---Who You Are- Experienced with infants, ideally twins or multiples- Certified in CPR and First Aid (or willing to obtain)- Schedule-minded — you understand the importance of consistent nap and feeding routines- Warm, patient,
