As a Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Finance and manage the monthly and quarterly reporting process. Your responsibilities include preparing financial statements, overseeing the annual budget, and leading capital calls and distributions for investors. Key Responsibilities:



• Manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes • Prepare consolidated statements and investor summary reports • Oversee annual budget processes and liaise with auditors • Manage treasury functions including cash flow forecasting • Support asset management with requested financial analyses

Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in finance or business commerce • 4-5 years of finance experience, preferably in real estate • Active CPA pursuit or designation preferred • Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of Yardi software • Strong analytical and communication skills
