Global Commercial Director CSG is supporting an innovative AI-powered fleet management business transforming mining operations as they expand across Canada and international markets. We are looking for an experienced Global Commercial Director to lead commercial growth, develop strategic mining relationships and build a global sales organisation. This is a senior, hands-on commercial role focused on new business, strategic accounts, partnerships and converting pilots into significant, long-term deployments. You'll work closely with the Founder & CEO initially, with the opportunity to build and lead the commercial team as the business scales. What You’ll Do Develop and execute the global commercial strategy across priority mining markets.



Build and convert a high-value pipeline across mining operators, contractors, OEMs and technology partners. Identify recent markets and customers, with a particular focus on expanding internationally. Lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement and paid pilots through to $1m+ deployments and long-term agreements. Build strategic customer and partner relationships and develop the company's presence and credibility in new markets.
