Join Saskatchewan Polytechnic as a Wellness Assistant dedicated to providing exceptional customer care and facility support in Moose Jaw. This role emphasizes enhancing patron experiences through event assistance and effective management.
As a key team member, you will be the first point of contact for wellness inquiries at the Moose Jaw Campus. Responsibilities include educating patrons, supporting campus wellness initiatives through events, and maintaining organized facility standards. Candidates with customer service experience in health and wellness will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Educate patrons on services and facility layout
• Assist with wellness event execution in collaboration with Student Experience
• Manage the Fusion software for facility access




• Perform cleaning tasks not covered under contract
• Support patrons in understanding facility rules
Requirements:
• Current Saskatchewan Polytechnic students preferred
• At least six months of customer service experience
• Basic computer skills for Fusion software navigation
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Effective organizational skills with priority management
