What We’re Looking For:

- Trauma-informed Practice - focus on understanding trauma,



core principles of trauma-informed practice and how to apply practical strategies to support vulnerable populations
- Skills Development in Vulnerable Service Recipients - Adapting a trauma-informed practice approach to foster building awareness, skills, and resilience in this population
- Leadership Training for Supervisors, Managers, and Emerging Leaders - exploration of management approaches and skills application from different frameworks to enhance performance, increase workplace cohesiveness, and optimize productivity
- Management Skills and Leadership Development - training that highlights fundamental management styles and focuses on skills development to foster success and inclusivity
