• Direct and mentor design team’s creative vision • Handle request triaging and priority setting with monday.com • Utilize AI tools like Claude to enhance design processes • Develop responsive websites focusing on conversion through Webflow • Ensure best practices in accessibility and design consistency

Requirements: • Over 6 years of web and graphic design experience • Expert-level skills in Webflow and Adobe Creative Suite • Understanding of UX and modern web design standards • Proven team leadership and communication abilities • Familiarity with monday.com or similar project management tools
