Key Responsibilities:



• Manage physiotherapy assessments and treatment plans for residents • Supervise and support physiotherapy assistants effectively • Educate about falls prevention and protected handling • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment • Participate in safety committee activities to improve care

Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy • Registered Physiotherapist in Nova Scotia • Experience in geriatrics or long-term care settings • Strong planning and organizational skills • Proficient in MS Office software
