Pursue your passion for radiography as a part-time Medical Radiation Technologist I at St. Mary's Hospital. This position provides hands-on experience in various imaging modalities including CT.
As part of Covenant Health, you will focus largely on X-ray imaging while having the prospect to develop your skills in computed tomography and interventional techniques. Your ability to produce diagnostic-quality images safely will play a pivotal role in patient care and successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct radiographic and fluoroscopic exams
• Rotate through CT and perform specialized imaging
• Produce high-quality images efficiently and safely
• Attend to patient needs during diagnostic procedures
• Comply with Covenant Health's standards and guidelines
Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized Radiological Technology program
• Active registration with Alberta's ACMDTT
• BLS (Level C for Healthcare Providers) certification
• Experience in an acute care setting required
• Previous work in general radiography and CT preferred
