Key Responsibilities:
• Develop healthcare HVAC and plumbing systems • Conduct heating and cooling load calculations • Create detailed designs with Revit and AutoCAD • Coordinate designs to prevent conflicts • Assist in site investigations and construction support
Requirements: • 6+ years in mechanical building systems • High proficiency in Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD • Knowledge of energy-modelling software • Familiarity with industry codes and standards • APEGA eligibility is preferred
