As part of the newly established Operational Excellence team, you'll report to the Operational Excellence Manager. Engage with various teams to assess and refine processes, enhance KPI governance, and utilize AI to deliver practical solutions. Your expertise in automation and data integrity will be crucial in achieving operational excellence and performance enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Map and optimize existing operational processes • Design and deploy AI-enabled operational solutions • Ensure reliability of operational KPI data • Support and align S&OP; processes with accurate data • Investigate KPI performance and implement sustainable changes
Requirements: • Hands-on operational experience in manufacturing • Familiarity with AI and automation tools • Solid skills in data analysis and reporting • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
