In this impactful position, you will serve as an essential member of the Health & Safety team. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will maintain and implement safety initiatives across operations. This includes conducting safety assessments, facilitating employee training, and providing expert advice on compliance matters. Your efforts will be pivotal in fostering a culture of safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support implementation of Health & Safety Management System
• Conduct Risk Assessments and site inspections
• Advise on compliance with safety procedures
• Organize and maintain up-to-date training records
• Prepare hazard assessments and rescue plans
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in a similar health and safety role
• Bachelor’s Degree related to Health & Safety
• Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid provincial driver’s license
• Experience with H&S; software
