Become the go-to subject-matter expert (SME) for CAE’s Future Aircrew Training programs. This remote position involves designing training programs for the Pilatus PC-21 and Grob 120TP while collaborating with a team of experts.
In this role, you will provide SME support for training design, focusing on courseware development and accuracy. You’ll work closely with CAE Qualified Flying Instructors and be involved in the Integrated Product Team and Training Development Team. Your expertise will drive the development of training policies and operational procedures while assessing training needs and risks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Write and review training plans and specifications • Design and develop training courseware • Provide input for acceptance testing of training devices • Collaborate on policy and procedure documentation • Analyze training needs and support V&V; efforts
Requirements: • Experience as an Instructor Pilot in RCAF • Expert in synthetic training devices • Familiarity with high-performance turboprop trainers • 5-8 years in military flight operations • Ability to obtain Level I security clearance
