Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all phases of MICE events effectively
• Develop proposals and manage costing based on requirements
• Communicate with hotels, venues, and event suppliers
• Organize and schedule site visits for event evaluation
• Provide ongoing support during events to resolve issues
Requirements:
• TICO certification is essential
• 1-3 years in events, hospitality, or MICE background
• Proven organizational skills and detail orientation
• Proficiency with office software such as Excel
• Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary
