As a Building Custodian, your primary responsibility will be ensuring that our community housing buildings remain clean, safe, and welcoming for tenants. This job is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working independently while contributing to community welfare through excellent custodial services. Your efforts play a vital role in the daily operations of the facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize various public spaces
• Remove trash and maintain overall hygiene




• Execute minor repairs and unit readiness
• Perform inspections regularly for maintenance needs
• Manage work orders and notices effectively
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• 1-2 years previous custodial experience
• Proficient with computer systems including Microsoft Office
• Strong focus on detail and service
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Contribute positively to the living environment for residents of Manitoulin-Sudbury through dedicated custodial work.
