Smartway is seeking a full-time technician with a 310J or 310T license to maintain and repair a fleet of trailers. Your responsibilities will focus on electrical systems, braking systems, and hydraulic components. Documentation of repairs and maintaining cleanliness will be critical parts of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform scheduled maintenance on trailer fleets
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and electrical systems
• Log repairs through a tablet-based work order
• Work closely with the operations team for trailer availability
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workshop
Requirements:
• Valid 310J or 310T license is required
• Strong problem-solving abilities with detail orientation
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
• Organized and self-driven work ethic
• Experience with refrigeration units is a plus
