Job Purpose We are actively seeking a human resources professional to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist in Saskatoon, SK. This position is ideal for a new graduate who is eager to launch their human resources career, with ample opportunities to learn and grow under the mentorship of experienced HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Support the full staffing process recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for assigned areas, building toward greater ownership as you gain experience.

Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions, helping resolve routine issues and escalating more complex ones as needed.

Assist line managers with day-to-day HR issues, developing your ability to identify patterns and recommend solutions.

Build working knowledge of local, provincial, and federal employment law through hands-on casework, growing into a go-to resource over time.





Learn and apply company HR policies, compensation structures, and benefit programs.

Handle administrative and record-keeping tasks tied to staffing changes (leaves, resignations, terminations).

Contribute to training program rollouts, with opportunities to take on more design responsibility as your experience grows.

Experience Required

Bachelor's degree is required; Human Resources Management, Business or Operations, or related disciplines preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A collaborative, team-oriented disposition, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Exposure to HR practices or principles through coursework, internships, co-op placements, or student involvement

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Pay Transparency The annual salary for this role is CAD $70,805.00 - $83,300.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
