Working mainly from the Richmond office, you will develop and implement programs that enhance mental wellbeing for employees across British Columbia. With a background in human resources or health and safety, you will influence organizational culture, advising on best practices in psychological safety. Your focus will be on data-driven insights and effective program evaluation to ensure the success of wellness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design psychological health and safety programs • Foster relationships across different organizational levels • Provide training and advisory support on wellness • Monitor and assess program effectiveness • Collaborate with teams for comprehensive wellness strategies
Requirements: • Degree in human resources or occupational health • 3-5 years in developing wellness programs • Expertise in health and safety legislation • Strong communication and analysis skills • Current driver's license required
