Requirements:
• Must possess a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years experience in caretaking required
• Willingness to complete WHMIS and Fireman's training
• Ability to operate cleaning and lawn care equipment
• Familiarity with basic building maintenance tasks
