Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical quality consultation to laboratory staff




• Implement standardized policies and procedures
• Evaluate and teach Medical Laboratory staff
• Oversee adherence to quality assurance programs
• Facilitate communication between teams across sites
Requirements:
• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
• Registered with CAMLPR or CSMLS
• Three years of experience in clinical laboratory
• Knowledge of lab information systems like CERNER
• Valid BC driver's license
