Photech Environmental Services Inc. is looking for a Fleet Manager at our Niagara Falls facility. In this essential role, you will oversee a talented team managing a fleet that handles hazardous waste. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, maintaining compliance, and optimizing operational costs while ensuring a reliable transportation network.

Key Responsibilities:



• Schedule regular maintenance and inspections for vehicles • Supervise and mentor drivers and environmental specialists • Oversee compliance with TDGA and other regulations • Work with customer service to create efficient service schedules • Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities

Requirements: • 10-15 years of experience in truck driving • At least 5 years in a leadership position • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications • Solid time management and communication skills • Knowledge of hazardous waste operations preferred
