If you have the following, we want to hear from you:
Previous supervisory/leadership in experience in production or manufacturing
Understanding of Lean Systems
Ability to manage unionized workers;
Communicate efficiently in both French and English;
Able to work within a flexible schedule (shift work, during the week, during the weekend, etc.);
Capacity to cope with adversity;
Have safe work habits all while working to attain production targets, quality, and client service.
Ability to make functional analysis, solve problems, and make decisions;
Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Experience in wood products, plywood, or veneer preferred, but not required
