In this role, you'll lead the implementation of the WorkForce Suite, focusing on Time, Absence, Scheduling, and Integrations. Your expertise will guide project teams in delivering solutions that meet clients' business needs while fostering solid relationships and communication. Your responsibilities will require exceptional consulting skills and technical knowledge in scripting, logic, and product configuration, ensuring client satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Configure the WorkForce Suite to meet client requirements
• Lead client meetings for requirements gathering and refinement




• Troubleshoot settings and analyze existing systems
• Manage multiple projects ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Create onboarding experiences that build client confidence

Requirements:
• 4-6 years of WorkForce Management implementation experience
• 3-5 years of programming experience in JavaScript or SQL
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile methodologies
• Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects
