We're Hiring: Chief Building Official & Supervisor of Bylaw Services

The Township of North Dundas is seeking an experienced leader to head our Building and Bylaw Services Division. Reporting to the Director of Development Services, this role oversees building code administration and enforcement, bylaw services, Emergency Management, and animal control.

What we're looking for:

CBCO designation or equivalent qualifications, with required Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing certifications

Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in building inspection, plans examination, enforcement, and/or municipal building services

Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills

Municipal experience considered an asset

Full time, 35 hours/week | Salary range: $103,927–$123,723
