As a senior product leader, you will oversee strategic initiatives focusing on complex identity frameworks, including workload identity federation and AI-secured access. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define secure authorization methods, enhancing the developer-first approach. Your expertise will shape seamless identity experiences relevant for enterprise customers, directly impacting MongoDB Atlas and its capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set strategic vision for identity across platforms
• Identify market opportunities and build actionable business cases




• Lead initiatives for workload identity federation
• Define secure authorization strategies for AI agents
• Drive developer-centric access management improvements

Requirements:
• 8+ years in Product Management or similar field
• Strong understanding of IAM and Cloud Security
• Deep knowledge of authentication protocols including OAuth 2.0
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud models
• Proven track record in creating intuitive developer experiences
