In this permanent, full-time role, you'll work closely with executive leadership and various departments, providing practical legal support in corporate governance, compliance, and commercial matters. Your robust drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills will come into play as you support operations across Canada, Mexico, and the US, especially in Latin American jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and contracts
• Support operations and business development teams
• Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks




• Assist with corporate governance documentation
• Provide legal support on employment and disputes

Requirements:
• Licensed member of the Law Society of Ontario
• Relevant legal experience in-house or privately
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills
• Experience with Latin American jurisdictions preferred
• Ability to manage multiple files independently
