We are hiring a full-time Transportation Engineer to undertake key responsibilities in transportation planning and project management. This role will revolve around traffic operations, safety improvements, and managing innovative transportation projects in a vibrant community setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical analysis and review transportation projects • Manage traffic operations and planning initiatives strategically • Collaborate with internal departments and community representatives • Review Traffic Impact Assessments for new developments • Design and oversee transportation-related capital projects
Requirements: • Civil Engineering degree from an accredited university • Three years’ experience in Transportation Design/Traffic Engineering • Ability to achieve qualified registration in BC • Strong interpersonal and public relations skills • Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License or equivalent
