• Facilitate virtual and in-person training for staff • Deliver training on industry tools and business systems • Assist employees in applying new knowledge practically • Create and update training materials and resources • Gather and act upon learner feedback for improvements

Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • RIBO certification, Level 1 or higher • At least 3 years of relevant insurance experience • Strong knowledge of insurance products and principles • Excellent communication and mentoring skills
