In this IT Support Technician role, you will report to the IT Manager and play a critical part in the effective operation of IT systems and services. Your responsibilities include installation, configuration, and maintenance of technology used by personnel. Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot internal IT hardware and software issues
• Install and maintain end-user workstation hardware




• Provide helpdesk assistance and ensure user satisfaction
• Support departmental IT development and usage
• Follow through with tasks assigned by leadership
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of IT support experience
• Knowledge of hardware, software, and networks
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
• Relevant post-secondary qualifications are preferred
• Must have transportation access in Saskatoon
