This Client Account Manager position involves handling daily servicing for institutional clients, educating yourself about their unique needs, and working with Senior Client Account Managers for comprehensive support. You will oversee onboarding and maintain proactive communication regarding both client needs and regulatory updates.
Key Responsibilities: • Act as central contact for assigned institutional clients • Manage the onboarding and contract negotiation • Oversee communication of regulatory changes • Participate in client meetings and due diligence • Handle client records and cash flow coordination
Requirements: • Experience within an asset management firm required • Bachelor’s degree necessary • Bilingual proficiency in English and French • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Robust risk assessment and organizational skills
