As an Estimator, you will apply your 5+ years of construction experience and civil engineering knowledge. Your skills in interpreting specifications, evaluating subcontractor bids, and preparing project schedules will be vital to ensuring effective project delivery at GIP. This role also emphasizes maintaining robust client relationships and nurturing junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimations
• Review subcontractor proposals and ensure accuracy




• Monitor active projects for cost management
• Mentor junior colleagues and uphold company standards
Requirements:
• University degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant construction experience
• Familiarity with commercial bidding platforms
• Proficient in understanding OPSS and CDED
• Strong computer skills in estimating and MS Office
