This position is perfect for someone experienced in working with teens facing mental health issues. As a Support Worker, you will engage with children, providing both companionship and structured activities. A driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required for transporting them to school in Sturgeon County. High-risk situations and trauma-informed care experience will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver respite care and support daily activities • Administer medications as needed • Prepare meals based on dietary guidelines • Assist with mobility and necessary medical support • Engage in activities and build rapport

Requirements: • Proven caregiving experience • Familiarity with medication protocols • Capability to lift and assist physically • Excellent communication and empathy • Valid First Aid and recent Police Vulnerable Sector Check
