Reporting to the Director - IT Delivery, you will be responsible for designing and delivering sophisticated software solutions. This includes enhancing the Claude Code multi-agent setup and implementing AI integration into the workflow. Your background in TypeScript and modern web stack will play an essential role as we redefine development practices in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop software functionalities using agentic workflows • Configure multi-agent systems to enhance LCI’s digital capabilities • Upgrade and maintain existing Claude multi-agent setups • Utilize prompt engineering to foster creative solutions • Work with teams to integrate AI into everyday processes
Requirements: • Degree in computer science or equivalent experience • Minimum 5-7 years of software development experience • 2 years in Full-Stack AI and agentic workflows • Proficient in tools like Vercel, Next.js, and GitHub • English fluency required, fluency in French is a plus
