As an Analyst in the Corporate Accounting department, you will support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting efforts using the Yardi ABF system. Key Responsibilities:



• Support annual and quarterly planning process enhancements • Review forecast analyses to uncover risks and opportunities • Maintain Yardi ABF and Power BI dashboards for reporting • Recommend enhancements in accounting systems and processes • Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Strong knowledge of real estate accounting practices • Proficient in financial reporting processes and tools • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
