Performs advanced diagnostic testing and quality control procedures, prepares reagents, and reports results in accordance with established policies and procedures. Conducts moderate to high complexity testing, maintains laboratory systems, and assists with training and orientation of testing personnel. Evaluates competencies and supports continuous improvement in lab operations. Demonstrates leadership in maintaining compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all testing activities. Education

Required

Associate’s degree in Medical Technology OR a related field Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in a related field Experience Required

(2) Years of Clinical laboratory experience Licensure / Certification Required
