Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored therapeutic interventions for assigned members • Facilitate weekly program schedules balancing structure and free activities • Mentor inmates in recovery-focused activities and group sessions • Attend clinical and administrative meetings as directed • Conduct crisis response and provide support during urgent situations
Requirements: • Minimum three years of related experience in addictions or mental health • Certification in addictions counselling preferred • Robust skills in communication and group facilitation • Familiarity with therapeutic interventions and case management • Experience in correctional settings or with diverse populations
