This position involves providing electrophysiology services under supervision, specifically assisting the Cardiac Electrophysiologist. Your duties will include conducting diagnostic tests, monitoring intra-cardiac electrograms, and operating specialized equipment. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in electrophysiology lab procedures and data recording • Monitor cardiac signals throughout electrophysiology studies • Perform tests including pacing maneuvers for diagnosis • Interpret 12-lead electrocardiograms as needed • Work under supervision of the Electrophysiologist
Requirements: • BCIT advanced certificate in Electrophysiology Technology • Minimum two years related experience • Familiarity with cardiac mapping systems and stimulators • Certification eligible with CCI or IBHRE • Robust attention to detail for patient monitoring
