BMO Financial Group is seeking an Analyst in Lending Quality Review to focus on regulatory programs across diverse risk types. Your responsibilities will encompass design and coordination of controls across Credit, Liquidity, and more, ensuring compliance with the Bank’s Risk Management Framework. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and maintain effective risk management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the execution of risk management programs • Build relationships with stakeholders across business units • Gather and format data for reports and dashboards • Develop change management plans for various initiatives • Track exception and exemption requests effectively
Requirements: • 3-5 years relevant experience in a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • In-depth knowledge of program management • Proficiency in French and English
