Job Responsibility

Business System Analyst responsible for supporting ledger and liquidity systems, gathering requirements, and ensuring accurate financial data flow across systems. Works closely with business, finance, and technical teams to deliver solutions and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document business and system requirements for ledger and liquidity processes
- Analyze financial data flows including GL (General Ledger), cash flow, and liquidity reporting
- Work with stakeholders (Finance, Treasury, IT) to define solutions
- Support system enhancements, testing (UAT), and implementation
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support
- Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and compliance with financial standards
- Prepare reports and dashboards for liquidity and financial tracking

Required Skills

- Experience as a Business/System Analyst
- Robust knowledge of General Ledger (GL) and Liquidity/Cash Management
- Understanding of financial systems and data flow
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation (BRD/FRD)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SQL or reporting tools is a plus
