Become the Data Steward Advisor for the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, and make an impact on urban forestry initiatives. This hybrid role focuses on data lifecycle management, data governance, and insightful reporting.

Reporting to the Manager, Impact and Performance, you'll lead all aspects of the Growing Canada’s Community Canopies program data lifecycle. You'll ensure high data quality by implementing robust collection processes and automation while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. Your technical expertise in data manipulation will support dynamic program dashboards and facilitate data management improvements.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee data lifecycle from collection to analysis • Facilitate cross-functional data standards documentation • Create automated reporting in collaboration with IS • Design and maintain program databases • Produce visual data representations using PowerBI

Requirements: • Degree in public administration, economics, or related field • Advanced data manipulation skills with PowerBI and Excel • Experience in urban forestry data collection • Solid attention to detail and communication skills • Proven project coordination and independent work ethic
