As the Senior Coordinator, you will anchor the Legacy and Planned Giving program, reporting to the Director, Legacy & Planned Giving. Your contributions will include coordinating donor communications, managing event logistics, and enhancing CRM tracking for legacy initiatives. The role requires superb communication skills, organization, and a collaborative spirit to enhance cultivation and stewardship efforts for long-time and prospective legacy supporters.

Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate donor journeys and communication with the Legacy Team • Organize logistics for legacy events and outreach • Maintain CRM accuracy for legacy tracking • Facilitate donor recognition activities and inquiries • Develop engaging legacy resources on SharePoint

Requirements: • 2-3 years in administrative or project management roles • Educational background in administration or fundraising • Solid interpersonal and organizational abilities • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office • Bilingualism in French is an asset
