What You’ll Do

- Organizing, staging, and retrieving rental equipment
- Inspecting equipment before and after rental
- Completing basic maintenance tasks
- Maintaining a written maintenance and inspection schedule

What You Bring

- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Class 5 Driver License with clean abstract
- Experience with construction or industrial tools (preferred)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and/or mechanical repair experience

Skills That Help You Succeed

- Clear communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to perform basic math
- Comfort using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to safety

Physical Requirements

- Bending, squatting, crouching, and reaching
- Lifting 50+ lbs
- Working indoors and outdoors as needed
- Reasonable accommodations available in accordance with applicable laws.

Base Pay Range

23.35 - 32.09 Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
