Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and guide patients through specimen procedures
• Conduct phlebotomies and ECG tests when necessary
• Perform medical/legal test collections and documentation
• Maintain effective client communication and relationships
• Handle data entry for patient records and requisitions
Requirements:
• Graduate from a Laboratory Assistant program preferred
• Previous phlebotomy experience an asset
• ECG training beneficial for the role
• Excellent interpersonal skills required
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy
