As the Employment Manager, you will spearhead the Integrated Employment Services while nurturing an entrepreneurial atmosphere within your team. You will utilize your strong communication skills and experience in change management to lead various programs and ensure they meet community needs. Your ability to analyze trends and develop innovative solutions will drive service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of employment services
• Develop and implement operational plans to achieve performance standards
• Oversee budgets and financial reporting for programs




• Encourage a client-centered approach in service delivery
• Coordinate with community partners for better job placements
Requirements:
• At least five years in a leadership role within the social sector
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in program delivery and management
• Extensive knowledge of grant writing and reporting
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms a plus
