Winchesters is looking for an ambitious, motivated, hardworking sales minded Associate to join our growing contract recruitment team.

We are seeking an individual who has a desire for sales / business development / recruitment work in a corporate environment. We are committed to a high-level of service for our clients and candidates and are seeking a service-driven individual who are willing to go above and beyond and work with clients and candidates to help deliver an unmatched recruitment experience. Responsibilities:

- Interview, assess,



and present qualified candidates to clients based on job requirements
- Develop new business and manage current client relationships
- Become a subject matter expert and trusted advisor in your market niche
- Use traditional and unique candidate sourcing methods through online job boards, websites, referrals, and industry association websites
- Ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

- Previous experience dealing with clients/customers – client-facing preferred
- High level of business acumen to make fast, calculated business decisions
- Enthusiastic and able to work in a fast-paced setting to deliver a high level of service
- Client-driven - motivated to go above and beyond to fulfill your client’s needs
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
